Enjoy a slow flow of yoga poses connected to breath and music, with a weekly theme to be inspired and reflect on. We will explore intermediate to advanced yoga postures at a slower pace for a meditative practice of mindfulness and self-awareness. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and connecting slow breathing to movement. Excellent for enhanced flexibility, strength, balance, transformation and relaxation. For the experienced student who listens to their body. An elevating experience for the mind, body and soul for all to enjoy.
